Saved my future

Well what can I say other than what my title says, JN Bank saved my future, a little bit about me, I went into debt when my daughter was born through a well known high street bank, to which I paid protection if anything happened, I went on maternity and my company screwed up my wages so went behind with the payments, this was 11yrs ago and I've been paying everything on time every month. Never missed my rent or any credit card bills , nothing, however being on my own is a struggle so was only making the payment amount asked for, obviously that's just on the interest so nothing was going off the loans. I probably could of payed for the last 25 yrs, without taking it down. Anyway long story short I applied for £7.500 never thinking I would be accepted, however shortly after sending of my details I got a call from a wonderful young lady who was one of the best customer service person I'd ever spoke to, she was pleasant and very understanding, but above all she listened. I was then told I'd been accepted for the loan at 15.9 APR, to say I was delighted is a understatement. I was paying over £345 to a high interest high street company of a rate of 59.3% hense my delight. I've now payed all that remained on that loan and 3 of my credit cards saving me £580 a month, and only having a single payment of £165 is incredible.
