A little in my darkest hours

In 2020, due to peak of the pandemic I was not able to work due to shielding at home. I was off work and was unable to do overtime to meet my monthly financial demands. I learned about JN, form an advert that came up on my social media page and contacted them. The staff were very polite, I was breaking point not able to meet my monthly payment. They talk me through the application process, and supported me throughout. I was give the opportunity to change my mind a few days later without facing any consequences.
