Great customer service, easy to use

I've been using Tide for a number of years now. In the past year, the changes that have been made have been helpful. Customer service has always been quick to respond via the easy messaging part of the Tide app. The one thing I wish it had was the ability to separate money into different pots - this would be useful for me to put aside money for end of year tax payments. Otherwise it's been easy to sign up for, use on a regular basis and the customer service is great. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
