Easy to use and super helpful

Whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve resolved it quickly and the app is very user friendly. The fees are minimal and it’s great for someone who hasn’t run a business before because everything is easily explained. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

Great bank, and fabulous customer support

I love having my tide account for several reasons; firstly when I’ve had an issue there has been almost immediate customer service on the app. Secondly, when needing to log onto the computer, my app on my phone is really intuitive to give me super quick access without having to remember multiple passcodes etc and finally, it has a very easy navigation to obtaining information for any financial information required. Easy to use and straightforward

Very fast to open an account and easy to use. There have been times I have had an issue with sending money to a wrong address and due to the high level security checks tide saved me from loosing a very large amount of money. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

Tide is wonderful, but could be more user friendly. Being able to search for specific payments by title would be SO helpful, rather than having to categorise and filter and scroll! Other than that - it works really well as a business bank. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
