This bank is excellent. Easy and no unexpected fees. Always received excellent customer care. They helped me set up my business and its been 3 years now and I do not want to switch to a high street bank as I know they wouldnt be as efficient and easy to use. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

One year in and I have nothing but positive comments about my Tide experience to date. On line offer is very intuitive and should I have any challenges they are answered promptly. My only slight negative is that the interface with my accounting platform seems to drop out periodically but even that appears to have been remedied of late. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Super easy to set up and incredibly helpful

I started a company and have no experience with setting up a business before so was a little apprehensive, yet setting up Tide took less than a few minutes and assisted me every step of the way. When companies have asked for information for invoices that I have no clue about, Tide have been incredibly helpful at helping me find the information, also explaining to me what the information means.
