Easy, practical and straight forward banking

Easy to use app, easy to use invoicing. Great that you can attach invoices and receipts to transactions so it all stores together. Any time I’ve needed to speak to someone it’s gone well. They’ve given some free account product upgrades to me for a month here and there to let me sample them, which is appreciated. I’m happy with Tide and I see no reason to move elsewhere. Moved from Anna Bank - best move I made!

As a new business I signed up for online business banking with ANNA Money, after a few days they closed my account and gave me NO reason - I was concerned that something was wrong and was reluctant to sign up with anyone else in case the same happened. HOw wrong I was. Tide has been a great move, everything in one place on the app, easy to track and label payments and a card to pay for things too. Any time I have had to speak to Customer Services they have been exceptional. I'd highly recommend Tide to anyone and hope they win this award. Reviewed on: 14th March 2022
