Horrible company whose only business model seems to be to splash out on advertising but have no path to sustainability Refused to honour sign in bonus - Amazon gift card despite advert on Facebook; complaint made to Advertising Standaeds Board who is looking at this issue Failure to respond to GDPR data subject request - complaint will shortly be made to the Information Commissioner’s Officd Reviewed on: 5th February 2020

Onboarding experience went very smoothly, unusual presentation/packaging of the card product made it new and exciting to open, overall the mobile app is very intuitive and being able to change PIN through it made it very easy to start using the card straightaway. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020
