Onboarding experience went very smoothly, unusual presentation/packaging of the card product made it new and exciting to open, overall the mobile app is very intuitive and being able to change PIN through it made it very easy to start using the card straightaway. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Love the app, user friendly

Have been using this bank for more than one year, no issues and really impressed how user friendly their app is. It is far better than any traditional bank apps I have (I have 8 of them) Definitely is my favourite! The fee charge is also reasonable and balance limit is really generous too! Highly recommend!
