Tide Bank shows other banks how it should be done!

I have had 3 Tide accounts for a while now and they provide a great facility for business banking with good support when you need it at a very reasonable cost. This is in sharp contrast to my experience with all the main traditional banks who are still stuck in the old way of doing things, charge a lot more and do not seem to have any idea as to how to deliver customer service.
