Appalling service when making a claim

The service provided whilst trying to make a small claim was extremely poor. Same questions over and over from advisor, months until the payment came through, proof and more proof required for a small claim. Recently made a home claim with Barclays , they resolved and paid almost immediately. I’m now looking for another Landlord Insurance company to move to.I have been with Landlord Insurance for over 15 years and have only ever made the one claim. Never again. Reviewed on: 15th July 2021
