Good seminar

I attended Landlord Forum at Civic Centre in Hillingdon last year and listened to your presentation about Property insurance. It was very good and I could see people really listening. Roy was very informative and answered all questions. He really explained about insurance regarding leasehold flats, etc which was all news to quite a lot of people. Very professional and always helpful

Policy holder name change

I am still awaiting the policy holder name being changed. Since I bought the policy and have sent the will and death certificate has passed over a month. I still have not heard from you with the changes. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2020

As we have not had occasion to claim, we cannot give a full review in our opinion

Owing to laptop accidents and problems that has not been our fault we have missed some webinars, but we thought that the first one we listened to was childish to say the least, unresearched and did not set the standard for us to partake of them in the future. This next one is topical, and seems to promise that there will be more experts discussing current problems in the field. Paul Shamplina came across as very immature and unprepared for the webinar. I used to be a teacher, and Chair of the Snowdonia National Park Standards Committee before retirement, and feel that all information issued to persons participating in any work presentation should be of the highest standard.
