What I need, when I need it at a price I can afford

I have insured with Total Landlord Insurance for 6 years and more. The have always been efficient and effective. Their online presence is quick and easy and consistent. The information they provide for landlords is in plain English and I have yet to fail to find what I need. Their prices are very affordable. However, what I like best of all and what makes Total Landlord Insurance stand out is their newsletter about landlord and tenant related issues. It is informative and a terrifically simple way to get information out to customers. Reviewed on: 14th September 2018

No trouble I am well looked after

When I needed them they were there. They make me feel secure and ready to take up my cause if I need them to do so. I must say that in the last year I received pages of waffle to do with the conditions that I am supposed to read. This is really too much. Nevertheless I am confident that I am being looked after. Good insurance company that keeps landlords informed

I have never needed to contact insurance company but renewal is always good and on time. I think they would be really helpful if I needed to make a claim or raise any questions. And they provide loads of information about landlord requirements and legal changes. Really good. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
