TLI Insurance are always friendly and helpful whenever I need to contact them and seem very professional. The only downside is that their prices seem a little on the high side and increase every year, even though I've never made a claim. Reviewed on: 26th July 2024

I have been with Total Landlord for many years and find them good value for money. As yet, I have never made a claim, but I'm confident that if I do, it will be handled efficiently and quickly. Reviewed on: 26th July 2024

Long standing customer

I have been a customer of Total Landlord for many years and I can say that the service and value that I have received are excellent. They always send me several reminders when my policy is due for renewal and the price of the policy has only increased a very small amount over the whole time I have been with them. They regularly send updates about the rental housing market and new govenment legislation affecting landlords to me by e-mail which I find very informative and essential for this ever changing market. Luckily I have never had to claim on my insurance but I am confident that should I need to, Total Landlord would be there to help in my claim and pay the necessary expenses incurred.
