Shocked my claim was rejected & now will almost certainly face increased premium.

After 12 years with HF, I had my first ever claim and shocked it was rejected. Will now almost certainly face increased premium just for claiming. Also extremely poor and even lack of communication from loss adjuster to me, had to complain to HF. Enough said. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
