First-Time User of Travel Incurance 4 Medical

We took out travel insurance for a 12 day trip to Europe,using Travel Insurance 4 Medical for the first time.There were a few complications over health issues which occurred between buying the insurance and the travel date in June,but these matters were dealt with very professionally and effectively by the friendly staff at Travel Insurance 4 Medical. We will definitely be using Travel Insurance 4 Medical for our next holiday. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

Quick and efficient management when contacted

Customer service of Travel Insurance 4 Medical was great. I did need to submit a claim whist abroad, which was paid out in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the price was a bit expensive for my condition (though still the cheapest), and it wasn't clear how to submit a gadget claim. Reviewed on: 29th August 2025
