Great service and prices

It's always difficult with a pre-existing medical condition to find the right policy if you are an habitual traveller. I was not happy with my previous insurer, as despite no changes to my condition and no claims for the 2 years I'd had the policy, they decided to hike the renewal cost by over 20%! Travel Insurance 4 Medical provided better overall cover at a price 30% lower than previous provider's original price 2 years ago. Clear, concise details plus easy to complete application was a real winner for me. Recommended to other family members and friends. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Great service

A good product with excellent customer service

I am an OAP and recently booked travel insurance with Travel 4 Medical, this was the second time we have used this company. I found it very good to be able to speak to a real person to discuss the required level of cover, and to be given clear information at every stage about how much certain options would cost in addition to the 'medical history' questions. It is a much more flexible system than previous travel insurance companies I have used (which were before I had any need to discuss any medical conditions, and before I became a pensioner). Above all the customer service was excellent, clear answers to questions were given and terms and conditions were explained carefully at each stage. Given my age and a couple of minor medical issues I feel the price came out at a very reasonable cost. Like all clients, I hope not to be in a situation where I need to make a claim, but I feel glad and reassured to be covered against such eventualities. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024
