Excellent and understanding customer service

I telephoned to upgrade my policy to annual because of the cancellation or rather deferment of my daughter’s wedding from June this year until May 2021. I telephoned on a Monday only to discover that my free alteration had finished on the Sunday. The gentleman waived the charge and helped me complete the medical details of the policy in a polite, professional and sympathetically efficient manner. Really excellent experience. Needed to twice contact this company ref advice about a planned trip (now cancelled) to Italy. Information provided by them has always been clear & prompt, and our cover meets our requirements. The cost of yearly medical cover for my wife & self (both with medical conditions) is very competitive compared to other providers. No hesitation in recommending this company. Good prices - great prices

Excellent service at a reasonable price

I have a couple of medical conditions which some insurers either won’t cover or charge as much as the holiday for! But Insurance 4 Medical not only cover me, they do it for very reasonable premiums too. Several of my friends and family have changed their holiday insurance to them too for the same reasons as myself. They’re always polite, patient and very helpful whenever I contact them.
