Our experience with this firm for medical insurance abroad is unbelievably quick and easy to understand. If you dont understand anything just ask the operators to explain to you again, they are very patient and knowledgeable about this type of product. I was really having difficulty with my computer I telephoned a very understanding lady answered quickly I explained and the extremely kind lady took the time to take me through the process with all our conditions nothing was too much trouble then I said I want to accept it now and pay which I did and received the paperwork promptly through the post well done !!
