service not so good this time

I have used this service before without any problem, however on the current occasion I was unable to print off my insurance document due to a technical problem ,when I contacted the admin department I was underwhelmed with the response to my enquiry and with the lack of apology for it. The explanation which I was given was rushed and incomprehensible and I finally decided to have my insurance documents sent to me by post , these arrived about a week later, some training required for customer services may be required. Many countries covered, good support, low premium

Comprehensive list of countries for which travel cover provided. Very cost competitive compare to other similar well advertised travel insurance companies. Made enquiry about religious travel to specific countries and got prompt response as opposed to others merely referring you to "Foreign Travel Advice". Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Great service & easy to contact.

Just renewed with travelsaver (Rothwell) and find them quick to reply to any email or telephone query and always very polite and helpful.
