It's fantastic to have an ethical bank for business

It's fantastic to have an ethical bank for our business. It allows us to carry our business purpose and values through to how we manage our finances. The downside is that no debit card is available, so we need to make transfers to a pre-payment card with another company for online purchases. And also Triodos doesn't accept digital signatures, so there is an unnecessary time commitment for posting signed paper documents for mandate changes. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Reliable and user friendly service. The online banking experience is always positive. Whenever we had any queries, we could speak to a friendly and efficient agent. The interest on the savings account has not been great, but our main need has been for current account facilities. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024
