Proud to be a Triodos customer.

I have been with Triodos for business banking since April 2016 as a self employed sole trader working in music education. The the service has been consistently good, none of the complicated chains of being passed around from person to person on the phone that I frequent experienced with my previous 23 years with Lloyds. I like the transparency about charges and the ethical operation is hugely important to me. I have far more confidence that they will treat me fairly, treat others fairly and operate ethically in their investments. I am pround to be a Triodos customer. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Triodos is great

Triodos accounts are easy to set up, and easy to use. The online banking is straightforward and easy to navigate. Customer service is excellent, with friendly & helpful staff.
