Exellent ethics, excellent service

The ethics of a bank are particularly important to our business. As a meditation centre we are keen to ensure positive impact with out financial activities. The banking service provided by Triodos far exceeds the service levels we experience with the other high street bank we bank with. Why wouldn't you bank with Triodos?

From setting up my savings account many years ago to transferring my business account more recently, Triodos has provided excellent customer service and a personal touch through their communications and AGMs. I don't know any customers of other banks that enjoy, let alone attend, their bank's AGM, which I have done since opening my first account. I am confident that my money is being used for good and that Triodos' policies and practices are fair and ethical. A shamefully rare occurrence in today's banking sector. Ethical bank giving good service

Trios bank is so special as it is truly ethical and yet still gives a wonderful service. Plus it really tries to keep its users properly informed and even seeks views on its policies. Almost impossible to beat it's performance. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
