Triodos have been easy to deal with.

Triodos have been easy to deal with. It's always possible to reach them over the phone and deal with online banking issues. The online banking is easy to use. The only down side I have found is that it can take a long time to get a new person set up on the account. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Ethical recommendation

I chose Triodos because is was recommended by Ethical Consumer. It is reassuring to know that my work bank account is a force for good when so many banks have unethical behaviours. The account is secure and easy to access and to retrieve data for annual returns etc. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
