Feel good

A bank that reflects my values

I chose Triodos Bank because it truly reflects my values. Unlike conventional banks, Triodos only supports organizations and projects that contribute positively to society, the environment, and the arts. Knowing my money is never invested in harmful industries like fossil fuels, arms, or deforestation gives me peace of mind. Their transparency—showing exactly where deposits go—is unmatched. Plus, their customer service is personal and responsive. With Triodos, I feel like my current account isn’t just practical, it’s a small act of daily activism for a better world. Make your money do good

Triodos is the most ethical bank available in the UK. From day 1 they have given me excellent customer service. Their accounts are simple and easy to run but they offer current accounts, children's ISA, grown ups isa and IFISA. I'm really proud that they are my bank and that my money is being used for good. Quick and easy to set up and manage

I found it quick and easy to set up my current account. My queries about the account were answered promptly and thoroughly. I like the fact I can see how Triodos Bank invest my money. I have enabled the AI feature in the app and it is helpful to have an overview of how I am spending my money and of recent changes to my spending habits. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

I appreciate the transparency...

Triodos - an excellent service with ethics at its core

Triodos provide an excellent and improving service. I was very pleased that Google Pay was added this year to current accounts, as I now use that all the time. I rarely have to contact customer service, as there are rarely issues, but it's always fairly quick to get through to somebody when needed. But the best thing by far is knowing their ethics mean that my money is always being used to promote good purposes. I love that Triodos don't just make profit, but also look to improve things for people and planet as well. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Excellent banking experience with TRIODOS

My online account is easy to use and gives all the information I require. TRIODOS is great with email communication too. I am never bombarded with emails or advertising. TRIODOS ethics are well aligned with mine. The TRIODOS app is excellent too! Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
