Triodos have been fantastic from the first day I opened my ISA with them, around 7 years ago now. The customer service is excellent, answering questions and queries quickly with seemingly ever cheerful and helpful staff just a phone call away. I feel so relieved to have the Triodos bank to save my money in. I feel I can trust them to be truly ethical that I’ve not found anywhere else to the same degree. They handpick who to support and invest in which makes the risk feel so much easier in these uncertain times.
