Till Triodos I never felt in control of my money, their transparency and ethics are unrivalled. Every single minute element design element has had a huge amount of care and attention given to it; from their cards and mobile banking right through to their newsletters. I had almost given up hope that a bank like this could exist. Finally I know where and how much money is spent AND I approve of where it is going. Everything is intuitive, and nothing is wasted. Easy to use Internet banking

Triodos have a very easy to use Internet banking service. They are quick and efficient at dealing with my enquiries. They inform me immediately about changes in interest rates. They send out a very informative newsletter which tells me how my money is being invested. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
