I like Triodos - it works for people and the planet.

I am very happy to be a customer of Triodos knowing that their investment policies are kind to people as well as the planet. I would like to be a current account holder but find the flexibility of a credit card helpful. I am working on this. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

A conscious bank doing good in the world

A Brilliant Ethical Bank

I’m so grateful to Triodos for providing an environmentally sound, ethical alternative to the planet-wrecking, profit-first traditional banks that lack consciousness. Their friendly customer service has minimal waiting times, and being UK-based in Bristol, they also support the local workforce. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026

At present I use Triodos Bank for savings only

I do not have direct contact with the customer service department. However, the website is clear and informative regarding the different branches how to deal with my money (investing etc.) Reviewed on: 19th April 2026
