I love that they are an ethical bank and lend responsibly. There app is reliable, and customer service is available usually after a short wait. The security on their visa debit card is in my opinion 'overkill'. Even after authorising some transactions via their app from the merchants site and allegedly having them approved I get notified from the merchant some time later that it's been declined. Oh, and good luck setting up regular payments with the National Lottery! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
