Straightforward online process

I'm glad my money is going to help good causes, as it's easy to forget about what's being done with the money in your bank account. Ethical and Efficient

After Co-op Bank was taken over by a hdge fund, I wanted to switch to another bank which still invested ethically and was also efficient and customer friendly. Triodos has definitely fitted that bill. It regularly updates me on the sustainable businesses in which it invests so that I know that my money is being put to good use. Only a few problems with the administrative side of my accounts and those have been rectified by the helpful staff. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2025

I love everything about Triodos.
