Ethical and Efficient

After Co-op Bank was taken over by a hdge fund, I wanted to switch to another bank which still invested ethically and was also efficient and customer friendly. Triodos has definitely fitted that bill. It regularly updates me on the sustainable businesses in which it invests so that I know that my money is being put to good use. Only a few problems with the administrative side of my accounts and those have been rectified by the helpful staff. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2025

I love everything about Triodos.

There is nobody better for ethical investing. I think there could be better customer service at times (e.g. a mobile app that tracks live performance of your holdings). But I am investing to have impact, so I am happy Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Happy with ethical banking
