Sustainable ethical banking.

I bank remotely i.e. online. The service is excellent, quick and efficient. I bank with Triodos BECAUSE they invest ethically - in some projects such as wind /sea generated electricity - which I think will become more important as fossil fuels disappear. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Customer service excellent.

Customer service prompt. Polite and helpful. I wanted an ethical bank who supports developing ethical businesses not just the major ones. Trustworthy. Just feel comfotable banking there unlike when I banked with a major bank. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

A customers bank, not shareholders

Always there for customers, variety of products, not too pushy, adequate warnings about investing, phone and messages rapidly responded too, personal service, cope well with unusual requests. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
