The best ever!

I have been banking with Triodos over 10 years. During this time I never had a single negative experience, including a long wait on the phone which is my usual experience with any other banks. Their customer service is always excellent: very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am pleased that my Triodos ethical investment ISA has been performing very well, compared to other ISAs I had in other banks. I admire and support its business ethos and principles which value both customers and environment.
