The only bank I use now

Triodos is one of a very small number of banks that really puts sustainability, the climate, and people first. This comes at no cost to the individual - ethical investments are shown to outperform unethical ones! I love that Triodos will only invest my money in positive projects that benefit people and planet. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

People focused

It was so good to phone the bank when I had a query about our investment. We didn't have to wait long for it to be answered and instead of hearing lots of recorded messages we were connected to a very helpful customer service person who dealt with our issue very straigtforwardly and personably.
