Transparent, ethical banking.

Easy to set up my account. Very good comparison tool between the different stocks and shares ISAs and risks. Clear updates whenever I need them. Great knowing that investments are in ethical initiatives- really important! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Great ethical ISA investment funds

I am very picky about what I am willing to invest in as I want my investments to be as ethical as possible. Triodos have excellent investment funds with this exact purpose in mind which you can invest in through an ISA. They also make it very easy to get started as you can invest easily through online banking. I particularly like their Pioneer Impact Fund and Future Generations Fund. I would recommend Triodos to anyone who wants to make sure their investments are supporting positive initiatives, especially given how easy their platform is to use. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

So easy I wish I'd done it sooner!

I have wanted to open an ethical Stocks and Shares ISA for some time, but never really thought of myself as an investor. Triodos have made it so easy to set up online. A direct debit moves my money into the holding account at a date I chose, and from there the ISA is topped up each month. All I have to do is ensure there is enough money in the holding account to cover the quarterly handling fee, which at the level of my investment is minuscule. So simple, I should have done it sooner! Great support.

I haven't changed bank in many years. But the values and ethos of Triodos drew me to them. They made the switch so easy... I was dreading it. I've never had a stocks and shares ISIA before but they supported me through the process and where only a text message away when I had questions and I had lots of them. Fantastic ethical bank with great customer service

I love the fact that you get through to an actual person in a U.K. call centre when you call them. They are helpful and the service is noticeably better than other banks I have banked with. Easy to open, they send reminders to top up cash account before transfers go in, but only one so not annoying. Also ethical = major factor Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
