Value being valued

The term ' valued customer' has been widely over used in recent times, but the only organisation that actually does make me feel valued is Triodos. Their committment and reflexivity to our shared values means that I feel part of something in banking with them, not just that I am using some thing. This is a bank I trust

I've been with Triodos close to thirty years, using different accounts, been to their Annual Report meetings, watched them grow using entirely transparent and ethical principles, good humour and a disarming, personal friendliness. The people working there are alert, cheerful, unfailingly courteous and extremely efficient, and it still feels like an enterprise run by humans, for humans. An ethical way to save

Strong ethical principles and brilliant customer service
