Since the financial crash 2008 I turned away.

Since the financial crash 2008 I turned away from bankers and their products especially after reading “Dit kan niet waar zijn” - Joris Cornelis Luyendijk. The part that I still find astonishing is that those bankers still think they were not the once to blame. Self reflection and empathy are two words not to be found in the banker’s dictionary. With the Triodos bank I have some confidence that my money in savings is not doing more harm to this world we live in. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2025
