Trustworthy

Customer trust is clearly important to financial providers: those I bank and save with are always telling me so. But Triodos is the one which really convinces me it's earned my trust. Their communications and customer engagement material never fails to hit the right balance of information and interest, without being an unwelcome burden on the my available attention span, and leaves me feeling good about myself in at least this one aspect of my market choice. Ethical, customer-oriented banking on the future

Triodos is a fantastic bank that follows its mission statement to the letter, supporting ethical businesses, co-operatives and community interest companies. I trust that my savings are well-managed and used for purposes I wholeheartedly support. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023
