Easy ethical saving

I wanted to save money with a bank that I knew would use it in line with my ethical principles. Triodos give full information about how money is invested. I found the application process straightforward and was provided with any information I needed. The banking app makes managing and monitoring my money very straightforward and I am pleased with the interest rate offered. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Grateful long-term customer

I've been with Triodos for pretty much as long as they've been in the UK, i e long before online banking, and all my savings are parked with them in three different charity accounts. If only my eyesight and my computer security skills were better (I'm nearly 85) I'd also have my current account with Triodos, but unfortunately, as that's online only, I simply can't do that. I still gave it 10/10 for "would you recommend them", because most people can handle online banking. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical projects funded by a helpul ethical bank.

I've been using an on-line saver with Triodos for years and only when I have needed some funds quickly they have obliged me by transfering it quickly for me. I love the fact that my little amount of money helps to fund ethical projects so even a small amount helps other people and small ethical businesses and Triodos started way before it was 'trendy' . Excellent customer service and range of products..

Not a single problem, a little awkward at first between online banking and later the app, but online was for secure messaging., a security measure so all good. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Decent rates, ethical banking.

I started with a regular saver which had decent rates at the time. When it matured, it switched to an on-line saver. I kept my standing order to save regularly to Triodos and opened a Saver Plus which pays a higher rate than the normal on-line saver, so I have 2 accounts with them. the Saver Plus has limited withdrawals, so prevents me from overspending and the normal saver is one I can tap into when running short of funds. They increase the rates as the market rises, which saves me having to continually shop around for a decent rate. They are also an ethical bank, which makes me happy. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

I approve of Triodos's ethical aims

Triodos is not my main bank but I heard about it some years ago (probably through Friends of the Earth) and thought I would like to support it in a small way. My account has grown quite slowly over the years but things have speeded up a little since interest rates have risen. I feel that my money is in safe hands and I approve of the ethical aims. Great ethical bank

I have been a customer of Triodos Bank for a number of years having had a saver account for me and saver accounts for my 2 children. Over the years I have found them to be a very good bank with friendly and helpful customer services on the telephone.
