Generally very good, room for some tweaks

ISA setup wasn't clear. App aecurity feels very light. Biometric or 2FA should be minimum requirement. My wife's name change to married name seems impossible without huge admin effort. Ethical banking offering is refreshing and newsletter offers great insights and overall triodos accounts have served us well. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Rewarding Bank!

Being a customer of Triodes Bank has been very rewarding. My savings account has proved to be an efficient way of creating savings which are then easily accessible. The website is also is very user friendly,. I would like it Triodos offered Notice Saver Accounts again. I find that this account feature was very helpful in helping to build savings for the long term. I am also very interested in the bank's ethics and values, and support to the community, charities, businesses and the environment. I also used to read the Colour of Money and found that very interesting. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
