Not really good experience

One year on

I joined TSB about a year ago and it is the smoothest least problematic bank I have ever been with in my many years of banking. Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

simply a current account for eveyone

Opened this and was up and running in a couple days. Same functions as a normal current account . You do get some perks banking so much every month . Love it Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

Computer says.... No

I had a £250 overdraft with my old bank but with TSB I had to wait 3 months before I could apply of course they didn't say there was a compulsory wait on the page where the online form was. After 3 months I applied again for a £100 overdraft this time it said I it had been referred and I had to phone them about it. I phoned and they said I couldn't have it and they wouldn't tell my why. So now I'm stuck with a safety net of either £10 or £25 pounds between me and an unauthorised overdraft. TSB have a reputation for being a customer bank with real people behind the scenes but I haven't seen much evidence of that. Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

Holiday reserve

This account pays interest so it works well for putting funds aside for those Holidays to cure the Blues! You only need to pay in £500 pcm and have two DD set up. Reviewed on: 9th February 2018

Great savings account

3% interest and £10 monthly for using your debit card and setting up 2 direct debits. Brilliant. Reviewed on: 7th February 2018
