AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Warning: It is a long read, but worth it for anyone considering applying for a loan with TSB. The TSB Personal Loan Department is shamefully incompetent. Avoid if you do not want hours upon hours of your life wasted by people who could not care less about you. I applied for a loan which was approved and was told that I would receive an email with the next steps. This email never arrived. I called TSB and was informed that forms would be sent in the post. TSB taking my breath away

ask of a loan to pay off our mortgage which had one year left and was refused i was so taken back and could not speak we have been with the TSB for 30 years we have had many mortgages and loads with tsb all our money goes into tsb TSB YOU HAVE LET US DOWN VERY BADLY IT MAYBE TIME TO MOVE ON Reviewed on: 15th July 2020

Terrible Customer Service

Lots of interest at a young age

Was kind of talked into a £7500 loan when I initially went for a £3000 one, it had lots of interest and ruined the next five years of my financial life, still trying to get back on my feet! Reviewed on: 7th November 2017

Personal Loan

TSB make it easy to apply and have fair interest rates. I received the money the same day and all application was done online. Would definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 23rd July 2017

Great service every time!

I have a number of accounts with TSB - current accounts, esavings, business banking to name a few. When I approached the bank for a personal loan a few years ago the process was completely seamless and the communication friendly and efficient. Reviewed on: 30th June 2017
