Fraudulent

Took money from my account in advance and got nothing in return for my payment couldn’t see my credit report because they said my details were wrong but still charged me . Customer service manager put the phone down on me twice , I then spoke to an advisor who said the manager would ring me back but not only did she not ring back but blocked my number disgusting behaviour and she is supposed to be customer service manager . I requested copy of the recording of the conversation but they did not respond to this Reviewed on: 11th February 2020

DAY LIGHT ROBBERY

what a scam.they wont refund my money.they are bunches of cheat. SCAM PS they took my money and give me partial refund £9.99 and say that the problem being resolved which i end up losing ten pounds and my time.It is like daylight robbery.At the end of the coversation he says have a good day In my mind i feel like ( i took your money from your bank,so what.I bet you cant do anything about it.)So everyboday be careful.so many websites give you free credir rating. i mean free. like noddle.co.uk. not a good company

i signed up for a free trial with this company but never used it, i cancelled it 5 minutes after, about 7 popup's came up on screen one at a time before you actually got to the end for cancellation asking if you were sure you wanted to cancel, sent me an email after telling me i had not finished the sign up process and offering a 50.00 bonus if i complete it. i never did, just looked at my bank account and they took out 19.95 for their fee, absolute thieves, rung my bank and they are refunding me and putting a block on this company from trying to take money from me again, this is not a good company, nowhere near as good as other credit sites, the popups were ridiculous , never seen anything like this when you cancel, don't use them, they take your money even if you don't use them.
