Fixed rate ISA..

I set up an iSA with United Bank. Initially I struggled a little setting up as I am not techno minded. This resulted in my calling the bank and I must say the staff I dealt with were very courteous helpful and patient. I was very impressed with this. The interest rate was also really good. I’m entering UTB for being good in 3 categories isa, savings and customer service. I had money with UTB that I was gradually transferring from savings in to cash isas every time it would be coming to the end of a fix term product they would help me to move differing amounts to different products.
