Brilliant service

I applied on Updraft not holding out much hope after being declined at other places. The overall application process was very simple, and at no point did I feel any judgement or negativity from the company! After that the team were very attentive to any questions or concerns I had, and the approval came through really quickly. I liked how I could tailor the offer to my needs and it was really quick and easy to sort out what was right and best for me. Best less interest lender

I was overwhelmed with the interest I was paying my credit cards but since I found out updraft I have been able to cut that interest by paying off my balance and focus on the saving with the exploding bills Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022

Friendly, fair and wonderfully different!

Refreshingly different to other ‘banks’ in that the journey with updraft feels uplifting not daunting! They really want to help customers get fair interest rates and in turn help them pay off what can be a debt they otherwise couldn’t! Most banks charge extortionate interest if your credit score is not perfect rather than taking each customer subjectively and actually looking at the situation and not just a black and white credit score. Fair play to updraft for breaking the mould and making banking easier and better. I am a very happy customer who feels respected and treat fairly.
