Ever since COVID I was struggling to pay off my debts gained during my unemployment. My bank was refusing to help and I looked in the App Store on a whim and was so shocked to see I was accepted, and the APR given to me was amazing. It's been incredibly straight forward and the chat feature is perfect for someone like me who can't sit on the phone waiting for a response. Overall incredibly satisfied. A lender that actually wants you to become debt-free.

Updraft has genuinely changed the direction of my finances. I originally used them to consolidate higher-interest borrowing, and the rate I was offered was fair and clearly based on my real credit position rather than a generic “one size fits all” approach. That immediately made my repayments more manageable and gave me a clear structure to work towards becoming debt-free. What’s stood out most is their attitude. Instead of profiting from you staying in debt for as long as possible, they actively encourage overpayments and early settlement with no fees or penalties. I even contacted customer support and was told to request an up-to-date settlement figure before paying extra so I wouldn’t pay more than I need to. That kind of transparency is rare and shows they’re genuinely on the customer’s side. The app makes it easy to track progress, see how much interest you’re saving, and stay motivated. For the first time in a long time I feel in control of my finances rather than overwhelmed by them. If you’re trying to consolidate and want a lender that treats you fairly, communicates clearly, and actually supports your goal of getting out of debt, Updraft is a completely different experience from traditional credit providers.
