Ever since COVID I was struggling to pay off my debts gained during my unemployment. My bank was refusing to help and I looked in the App Store on a whim and was so shocked to see I was accepted, and the APR given to me was amazing. It's been incredibly straight forward and the chat feature is perfect for someone like me who can't sit on the phone waiting for a response. Overall incredibly satisfied. An outstanding financial institution

I applied for a personal loan over a year ago now. I found the application to be simple and clear. Once the application was approved, the funds were deposited into my account swiftly. Communication from Updraft was clear and they kept me up to date at every stage of the process. They have professional service however I found the way they interacted with me was so kind and personable which sets them apart from other financial institutions.
