Vanquis is the worst credit provider I have used.

Vanquis is the worst credit provider I have used. Ridiculous terms and interest rates, don't want to help when you're trying to find a solution... Vanquis is the worst credit provider I have used. Ridiculous terms and interest rates, don't want to help when you're trying to find a solution to help with finances like all the other companies have. Clearly wanting people to get into debt. The staff are rude and haven't got a clue, being put on hold every question as they don't know the answer, trying to get you off phone fast and not answering the questions. Read more Read less

    I have had no issues with vanquis. The wait times are always low and always get greeted by a friendly advisor who is happy to... I have had no issues with vanquis.     One of my favourite go to cards

    I have had my vanquis credit card for awhile now, and i have been extremely happy with the rates and the credit limit, the app... I have had my vanquis credit card for awhile now, and i have been extremely happy with the rates and the credit limit, the app is fantastic especially being able to transfer funds to your account which other credit cards do not offer, there are times ive had to do this and its been a lifesaver. I have recommended vanquis to 2 friends who are also very happy with the card and the app and the overall service. Read more Read less
