Recently I have suffered identity theft with this bank.

Recently I have suffered identity theft with this bank. Someone opened credit card just with my name! It’s that easy to open it, yeah… It was more than 8 weeks ago, they said they closed that credit card, but they didn’t and now it ruined my credit score because of missed payments. And no one is willing to help me, customer service is so poor. Avoid this bank at any cost! Reviewed on: 5th January 2024

I was in a bind and needed a new car for the sake of taking my dad back and forth to the hospital for radiotherapy . I had tried a couple of other lenders but no joy then tried Vanquis, got the loan and the car , missed a couple of payments accidentally, but worked through it with the great customer service team. Took out a loan was very quick & easy and money was in bank fast. Would recommend to anyone. I missed one payment as got paid early and transferred all money into a different account, was my mistake but they asked if I was struggling I said no they was really nice about. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
