I spent hours searching for bike insurance when I got a new, expensive bike. It was as confusing as home insurance - different costs, covers, clauses etc. I rang them as I had some rather specific queries and they dealt with it swiftly, efficiently and completely. I have been insured with them since and had no problems - though thankfully haven’t needed to make a claim yet (and hope it stays that way)! Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

Im not passionate about cycle insurance, frankly Im not interested in it at all unless I have to claim. So I need no nonsense reasonably priced cover that prompts me to renew when I need to - velosure. certainly streets better than Cycle Guard Reviewed on: 20th September 2018

Vellosure are easy to work with, quick quotation, monthly payments make it manageable. Purchased insurance in less that 5 minutes. Great. I know I’m covered for my expensive electric bike and public liability insurance which are. It’s super important to me. Reviewed on: 20th September 2018
