Do what they say on the tin for a good price.

Do what they say on the tin for a good price. Made a claim at the start of this year and it was settled in full fairly quickly without any quibble. Have looked at alternative providers before now and none seem to offer anything cheaper with the same cover, etc. Provides pretty much everything I need re: cover. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Great coverage and value

Very easy to setup and spread the payments. Coverage of multiple bikes is easy and cheaper than others. Costs even reduced after first year. Reviewed on: 27th September 2017

Reliable,comprehensive, price competitive.

Complete Cover

It's the first policy I found that comprehensively covers the risks a rider faces in terms of criminal activity and accidental damage. Having a single policy to cover all eventualities provides greater peace of mind than a patchwork of different policies covering different elements of risk. Reviewed on: 14th September 2017

Excellent service when it counts!

Velosure certainly know how to treat a customer. They understand that sometimes your cycle may not be a standard 'shop bought' model. My bike is a totally custom build, when I crashed and broke my frame, they made sure I was able to buy a replacement frame (and other conponents to allow me to fit my existing components to the new frame) without hassle or worry, I had my bike back to working within a week!
