I have always received excellent service even when things went wrong when my bank cancelled all my direct debits in error. Velosure went out of their way to resolve the problem and also keep an eye out to ensure all payments were made Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Brilliant company with great service

Had to make a claim due to accidental damage only 5 days before a target event. All agreed and payed out within 48 hours which enabled me to compete. even set a new PB. Not sure how much the insurance had to do with that though ;) Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

I recently had a crash and destroyed my prized wheels, not to fear however. Velosure had a cash payment sent over within 7 days of agreeing my claim. Could not recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017
