Brilliant company with great service

Had to make a claim due to accidental damage only 5 days before a target event. All agreed and payed out within 48 hours which enabled me to compete. even set a new PB. Not sure how much the insurance had to do with that though ;) Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

I recently had a crash and destroyed my prized wheels, not to fear however. Velosure had a cash payment sent over within 7 days of agreeing my claim. Could not recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Friendly, efficient and understanding of the world of cycling.

Faultless experience with Velosure when I crashed my Giant TCR and damaged the frame. Start to finish the process took two weeks, by that time I was funded the full amount for what I insured the bike. If you're serious about cycling I would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Velosure are a brilliant business to deal with. They always send update notifications on any changes or amends to the services included within the insurance. Changing the policy details as well is extremely easy with no admin charges! Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

After being knocked from my bike by a large van Velosure quickly processed my claim. All I had to do was send them the receipts and photos for my damaged/broken items and a quote from my local bike shop for repairs and they settled with me very quickly. The bike repair cost more than the quote and they even helped me get those costs back too. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017
