Top customer service and always on hand to help

I always deal with Linda who is fanstastic. Unfortunately I've had a bike replaced due to cracking carbon but the process was easy and pain free, and I even got picked up in Wales once by a taxi provided by Velosure when I snapped a chain on a Sunday evening! After researching multiple cycle insurance providers, all with a confusing list of options and add-ons, Velosure simply covered everything under one simple quote, with no need for extras - and yet still at a cheaper price than their competitors. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

The process of insuring my three cycles was quick and easy. There are no hidden costs or confusing wording to deal with and customer service, when I renewed this year, was quick and efficient.
